James and Sarah's wedding took place in a particularly sunny Berkshire last month and was nothing short of stunning. The couple's attention to detail really gave this perfect summer wedding a touch of pretty.
The church service was at St Mary's in Beech Hill, just a short drive from the reception venue. Unfortunately, we weren't allowed at the front of the church during the actual service, it's always such a shame when vicars and priests request this, especially when there isn't a good enough reason. The shutters on our latest cameras are almost silent, we don't use flash and we rarely move. Such a significant part of the day (the purpose of the entire event!) should be allowed to be photographed, in my opinion.
The beautiful Ufton Court in the village of Ufton Nervet was the backdrop to their wedding reception, I'd not worked at the venue until this day but had only ever heard good, positive comments about it and I can see why - people are instantly at ease, it's a very informal venue in stunning grounds, the huge Tithe barn is perfect for wedding breakfasts and evening do's.
A special thanks to Verity Rickard-Lawrence, the wedding co-ordinator at Ufton Court, who looked after us so well!
Here are just a few of my very favourites Berkshire wedding photos.
