Essex is a fantastic county to get married in. There’s a bit of an unfair prejudice about Essex and it’s ‘culture’ but the reality is the vast majority of the county is an incredibly beautiful landscape of impressive country houses and elegant wedding venues perfect for your wedding day.

Being the other side of London to me getting there can be a challenge but a little longer in the car is a small price to pay for working is stunning venues like Gosfield Hall – which you can see for yourself in the gallery below.
I don’t get to photograph weddings in Essex often enough. I photograph plenty of weddings for couples from Essex, but many choose to have their ceremonies in London or further to the west in the Home Counties. I’m not sure why this is when they do have some fantastic wedding venues on their doorstep! We knew we would get beautiful images from you capturing the emotions & story of the day, however it was not until we saw our photos that we really understood just how well you captured this.
You really have documented the day from our point of view, capturing our personal memories. (I’m not sure if you noticed but during our viewing with you there were a fair few tears running down my cheek because you brought back the emotions & memories of the day so vividly!!).
We really can’t thank you enough and are delighted with all the images. Our only problem is which ones to select for the album!!!!!
